We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at River Valley Health & Rehabilitation Center. As an LPN on our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing direct care to residents under the supervision of the RN or AL Clinical Manager
- Implementing interventions delegated, ordered, or prescribed by the RN or physician
- Collecting resident health data and comparing it to normal findings and established current health status
- Developing and modifying the resident Plan of Care
Required qualifications include completion of a professional nursing education program approved by the Minnesota Board of Nursing, current Minnesota License as a Practical Nurse, and current Certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and emergency care.
