Description
River Valley Health Lock Haven Medical is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to become part of a growing health center. This location offers a variety of services including primary care, walk-in (acute) care, reproductive health, and telepsychiatry. The LPN will work closely with the primary care provider to provide quality care to the community. This position will be responsible for a variety of duties including rooming patients and assisting the provider with serving patients on-site, engaging with patients via phone calls and walk-ins, and supporting the provider network through telephone encounters and care coordination.
The hours of operation for this site are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8am-5pm and Wednesdays from 10am-7pm.
Flu vaccination is required.

Requirements
Valid LPN license. Ability to work one evening until 7pm. Initial training for a few weeks at the Williamsport, PA facility.
This position is a 40 hour a week position.
