What are the responsibilities and job description for the High School Spanish Teacher - Long Term Substitute position at RIVER VALLEY HIGH SCHOOL?
This is a long term substitute teaching position that starts on August 25, 2025 and ends on October 24, 2025.
A strong background in Spanish or Wisconsin certification to teach high school Spanish is desired. Candidates will promote the importance of world language as a lifelong and 21st Century Skill. Candidates will deliver lessons in a positive manner and create an engaging learning environment. Candidates need to be student centered and have strong written and verbal communication skills. The candidate will understand the importance of teaching lessons in the target language and have a strong background in developing lessons to reflect this commitment. Finally, the candidate will use creative learning strategies to meet the needs of all learning styles and be an excellent collaborator with members of the River Valley High School Staff.
