Job Summary :
The On-Call Weekend Registered Nurse is responsible for developing and initiating the plan of care, providing preventative and rehabilitative nursing procedures, and offering patient and caregiver counseling and education. You will collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to assess and develop individualized care plans and communicate with physicians and other healthcare practitioners as needed. Additionally, you will identify discharge planning needs and participate in quality assessment and performance improvement programs.
