What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-time Office Assistant position at River Valley Radio, Inc.?
River Valley Radio Inc., a communications dealer and emergency vehicle up-fitter, is looking for a Part Time Office Assistant for our Westerlo location.
Candidate: The candidate must be motivated, well organized, able to work independently as well as in a team setting, proficient in Microsoft Office, have excellent customer service skills, and basic accounting knowledge.
Job: Candidate will be responsible for assisting customers over the phone, via email, and in person; receiving and tracking service; taking customer orders, placing orders, as well as shipping and receiving orders. This position is also responsible for the company’s invoicing, inventory control, accounts receivable, and customer support. This person will also help with other various job duties to assist the company and company’s owners.
Pay: Based on ability, knowledge and drive. Starting at $17 - $19 per hour
Work location: Position will work at the Westerlo Office located at: 749 County Route 408
