What are the responsibilities and job description for the INSTRUMENTAL MUSIC/BAND TEACHER GRADES 7-12 position at RIVER VALLEY SCHOOL DISTRICT?
Preferred applicants will hold a Wisconsin certification to teach instrumental music in grades 7-12. This position will teach band/instrumental music while additional opportunities include leading marching band and pep band. Expertise in instrumental music with proficiency in a variety of band instruments, ensemble direction, and performance preparation. A strong commitment to continuous learning and professional growth, staying current with best practices in music education and instrumental pedagogy. The applicant must possess a student-centered approach, effective instructional skills, and strong communication and collaboration skills.
