Summary/objective
Texarkana Tractor Company manages thirteen dealerships, comprised of ten Kubota dealerships and three New Holland dealerships throughout east Texas and central Arkansas. The ideal candidate for this position must perform a variety of customer service duties involving inventory, receiving, sales, and delivery of parts and the distribution of materials and accessories to the customer. Experience with parts and service systems is helpful. The position requires a high school diploma or GED reliable transportation, an unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving record, and being available to work Saturdays as needed. RVT is willing to train candidates willing to learn and grow with our great team.
Essential Functions

- Sell parts, products, and accessories to both new and existing customers.
- Assist in keeping the parts department clean, orderly, organized, and replenished.
- Record all sales and customer transactions that occur within our Point-of-Sale system.
- Provide service technicians with parts as required for ongoing service work.
- Assist the Parts Manager in merchandising displays or promotions of the items we are selling.
- Ensure that the retail sales floor and displays are maintained to meet or exceed the dealership’s standards.
- Perform routine housekeeping tasks to maintain the cleanliness of the retail sales area.
- Follow the prescribed cash, credit, and check processing procedures of the dealership.
- Process cores, warranties, and new return merchandise as required at the point of sale.
- Attend training as assigned by management.
- Use dealership equipment and resources safely and proficiently.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Parts Manager.
- Verify shipping/receiving documents to ensure an accurate monthly audit.
- Follow up on shortages and expedite by reporting to the Parts Manager.

Work Environment
Occasionally travel to job sites for training, work in both outside and inside environments. At times, temperatures may be below 30 degrees or may exceed 90 degrees. Occasionally (< 25 % of the time). There may be intermittent exposure to vibration and noises over 85 dB, as well as exposure to non-toxic fumes, grease, oils, and gases.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear; and taste or smell. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
