What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dietary Aide position at River View Post-Acute?
A successful candidate will be able to:
Follow oral and written directions; set up trays and food service carts accurately and timely; serve and bus trays; pour and cover beverages; assist in preparing, covering and labeling food; maintain a clean work area; assist in proper care, use and cleaning of equipment; attend in-service training programs for food service employees; observe infection control procedures related in the dietary department; follow safety program; come to work as scheduled and consistently demonstrate dependability and punctuality; accept assigned duties in a cooperative manner; perform duties as assigned in an effective, timely and professional manner; observe infection control procedures; follow resident right's policies at all times; observe all facility policies and procedures; assume quality assurance duties as assigned; report for work in neat, clean attire and consistently present an appropriate, professional appearance; report f work as scheduled demonstrating dependability and punctuality; consistently work cooperatively with residents, resident representatives, facility staff, physicians, consultants and ancillary service providers.
