Oversee and coordinate the running, planning, organizing, training and leadership necessary to achieve objectives in sales, costs, guest service and satisfaction within the venue catering aspects of our operations.
Tasks and Responsibilities
· Responsible for special event catering
· Plan and Organize catering events
· Positive and Ambitious Mindset
· Recruiting, Hiring, Training, and Managing event kitchen staff
· Review and Monitor, with Ownership and Bookkeeper, the setting and achieving sales goals and budgets within the catering aspect of our business
· Managing Inventory and Ordering Supplies
· Developing and Updating Menus
· Responding to Customer Feedback and Complaints
· Maintaining Safety and Food Quality Standards
· Maintain Kitchen and Restaurant Equipment
· Organizing Schedules and Employee Hours
· Conform to Alcoholic beverage regulations
· Assist in the serving and preparation of food and beverages
· Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
· Skills/Qualifications: Decision Making, Process Improvement, Strategic Planning, Verbal Communication, Customer Focus, Management Proficiency, Managing Profitability, Quality Focus, Creative, Vast knowledge in the catering industry
· Experience: Bar and Waiting Experience, Management Experience, Basic competency in Word and Excel, Experience in handling consumables and food hygiene regulations
