Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Residential Construction Project Manager to join our team. The Residential Project Manager will play a critical role in visiting customer homes, creating detailed quotes, and managing projects from inception to completion, all while providing exceptional customer service. This position reports directly to the President of Construction and Development. This position consist of heavy driving to customer and project locations for estimates and project supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Visit customer homes to assess project requirements, offer personalized service, and develop strong customer relationships.
- Quoting and Budgeting: Create accurate and detailed project quotes in collaboration with the President of Construction, ensuring alignment with customer needs and budget constraints.
- Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project execution.
- Sales Process Execution: Follow River View’s standard sales process to streamline project initiation.
- Coordination and Oversight: Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to schedule and manage project tasks and deliverables.
- Progress Monitoring: Track project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Customer Communication: Maintain regular communication with customers to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure overall satisfaction.
- Documentation Management: Keep organized project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and invoices.
- Customer Support: Offer ongoing support throughout the project lifecycle, including post-project follow-up and warranty services.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in project management within the residential construction industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate project details and expectations to customers.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and building codes.
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record to use company vehicle.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
