We're looking for a Film School Specialist to lead our dynamic, hands-on film program where campers ages 7–16 create everything from silly sketches to cinematic showstoppers. - Running on-set filming days and performance workshops
- Helping campers build confidence on-camera and behind the scenes
- Handling costumes, props, sets, gear, and making movie magic happen
- Creating a space where creativity feels like play but teaches real skills
You’re a Great Fit If You:
- Love working with kids and helping them discover their voice
- Have hands-on experience in film, media, editing, or videography
- Know your way around a DSLR, or a Cinema Camera
- Can give direction and bring energy
- Believe that storytelling matters — and summer should too
Why River Way?
- Live on-site in the foothills of Sequoia National Park (housing meals provided)
- Collaborate with other creatives, and specialists
- Be part of a tight-knit summer staff that actually supports each other
- Gain leadership experience, professional references, and resume-worthy credits
- Make a real impact on kids and leave with stories you'll never stop telling
