What are the responsibilities and job description for the Jr. Occupancy Compliance Administrator position at Riverbay Corporation?
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist Occupancy Compliance Administrator with all legal letters monthly (5 days, 30 days, petitions) for residents and prepare for delivery to the process server.
- Monitor status of nonpayment cases in YARDI and follow up with shareholders who are delinquent.
- Assist with Section 8 and SCRIE matters
- Respond to shareholder inquires pertaining to account balances
- Assist with successions, holdovers, surrender agreements and other matters
- Prepare collection cases for the debt collector
- Performs other duties as required and assigned
Educational Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- College Degree, a plus
Work Experience and Minimum Requirements:
- Three (3) to five (5) years of related work experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Knowledge of YARDI a plus
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
Testing:
- Drug screening, as permitted by, and consistent with, applicable law.
Physical Requirements:
Persons performing service in this position classification may routinely exert up to 25 pounds of force to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. This type of work will involve regular walking or standing for extended periods of time. It may involve stooping or bending. Handling and working with various materials and objects are important aspects of this job.
