Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities :
- Responsible for all aspects of personnel management, including but not limited to hiring, firing, discipline, evaluating, interviewing, scheduling and directing the work, or making recommendations related to the same of Parking & Leasing Department operational supervisory staff.
- Develop and manage processes to ensure the safety and cleanliness of community centers and parking garages through management of staff and creating of appropriate protocols.
- Analyze operations data, such as time, production, and cost records, and prepare management reports of production results recommending various approaches to address same.
- Manage department special projects and daily operations to meet department goals.
- Administer and evaluate scheduling & production requirements to determine needed staffing levels.
- Partner with Safety, Risk and other relevant departments to provide employee training in equipment operations and / or work and safety procedures.
- Manage after hours emergencies, including but not limited to floods, snow removal operations, etc.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Persons performing service in this position classification may routinely exert up to 50 pounds of force to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
