Selected candidate will provide Case Management Services to seriously mentally ill adults in the home/community environment. Position requires a Bachelor's degree in a Social Science field. Must have a valid driver license and clean driving record. Position involves assessing consumers in the home environment and providing assistance with linkage to community-based services.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
