Job Summary :
The Low Intensity Care Coordinator is responsible for supporting children/families with mild to moderate behavioral health needs by coordinating services, providing linkage and referrals, and promoting wellness and recovery. This position ensures that individuals receive client-centered, and trauma-informed care across physical and behavioral health domains.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
