What are the responsibilities and job description for the Summer Camp Aide position at Riverbend Center for Mental Health?
Selected individuals will work with children ages 6 - 14, who have been identified as having behavioral issues. This temporary Summer Day Services Program runs for approximately eight weeks to coincide with school summer break schedules. Those selected for this program will work with children in a classroom setting and will conduct training programs designed for behavioral modification. This is a Monday through Friday, eight hour per day, program. Individuals must have a minimum of a high school diploma. Must be able to effectively manage a classroom environment, handle stressful situations well, and have a strong desire to work with children.
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
