Responsibilities: - Develop and implement educational programs for nursing staff - Provide training and guidance to nurses on clinical procedures and best practices - Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify learning needs and gaps in knowledge - Collaborate with nursing leadership to develop educational goals and objectives - Create educational materials, such as presentations, handouts, and online resources - Deliver educational sessions through various formats, including in-person, virtual, and self-paced modules - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs and make necessary adjustments - Stay up-to-date with current healthcare practices, regulations, and advancements in nursing education with Administrative responsibilities.
Requirements: - Valid nursing license (RN or BSN) - Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience - Experience in teaching or providing education to healthcare professionals - Strong knowledge of Medicare regulations and guidelines - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team - Strong organizational and time management skills - Proficient in using technology for educational purposes
