Primary responsibilities:
- Certified Medication Aide licensure required. L1MA does not meet requirement
- Develop and maintain a structured work schedule for each staff member of the nursing department.
- Work closely with the Director of Nursing and Nursing Management team to assist with coverage to adequately handle resident acuity.
- Provide or assist with all ADL care to residents as directed as a CNA or CMT
- Provide and assist with all Medication pass as scheduled by the physician.
- Document care provided as instructed.
- Notify charge nurse of any changes in residents' care or mood.
- Ensure that Residents are approached in a kind, gentle, and friendly manner.
- Report all grievances and complaints made by the resident to the Charge/Staff Nurse/Director of Nursing

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
