Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate project scheduling using tools to optimize workflow and resource allocation.
- Read and interpret blueprints to guide construction activities accurately.
- Manage project budgets, ensuring that materials and labor costs are within established limits.
- Utilize construction management software, including ProCore, to track project progress and documentation.
- Conduct regular inspections of work performed by team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Troubleshoot issues on-site using tools like an ohmmeter for electrical tasks when necessary.
- Foster a collaborative team environment by promoting effective communication among crew members.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of project scheduling techniques and budgeting practices.
- Proficiency in using construction management software
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
