We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to join our team. Responsibilities
- Conduct routine maintenance checks and repairs on residential and commercial properties.
- Perform minor electrical repairs, plumbing tasks, and carpentry work as needed.
- Utilize tools and equipment effectively, including an Ohmmeter for electrical diagnostics.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from clients or management.
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete larger projects efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their needs.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Handy Man or in a similar role with a strong background in maintenance and repair tasks.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment, including an Ohmmeter.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting heavy objects as needed.
- A valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.
