Cabinet Installer
Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cabinet Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in measuring, assembling, and installing cabinetry in residential and commercial settings. You will work closely with the install manager and project managers to ensure high-quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Install cabinets, countertops, and related hardware according to project specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders.
Measure and mark installation areas to ensure proper alignment and fit.
Cut, assemble, and modify cabinetry as needed using hand and power tools.
Ensure all installations are level, secure, and finished to a high standard.
Work with other tradespeople, such as electricians and plumbers, to complete projects efficiently.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding project progress.
Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues as they arise.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a cabinet installer, carpenter, or in a similar role.
Proficiency in using woodworking tools and equipment.
Strong understanding of carpentry techniques, materials, and finishes.
Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in various positions.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Ability to operate CNC machinery (a plus).
Experience in customer service and client communication.
