DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the principal, vice principal and teaching staff
Assist in the day-to-day operations of the campus.
Responsible for maintaining student records, performing data entry, and processing enrollment, transfers and withdrawals.
Ensure that the office operates in a consistently organized manner every day- Act as liaison between the community, the school and other internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate appropriate documents for communication with the district office
- Maintain all recordkeeping for students and staff
- Maintain student and staff confidentiality in all circumstances
- Track attendance and absences; use reporting software/generate reports
- Communicate effectively with a variety of district and community officials
- Use common computer hardware and software efficiently
- Perform data entry
- Perform general office duties such as answering telephone inquiries, filing, spreadsheets,
- Display strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Carry out assigned tasks with minimal direct supervision
- Maintain the integrity of information systems, databases, and office files
- Prepare and circulate communication documents
- Coordinate room reservations for internal and external meetings appointments, events being held on campus
- Purchase departmental resources like materials, computers hardware, software and office supplies
- Enroll students using school database/software

- Dispense medication and attend to other medical needs of students when the nurse is off campus
