**Position Overview:**
The Director of Maintenance is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities across our facilities. This position will ensure that all equipment, systems, and facilities are maintained to the highest standards of safety and efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, extensive technical knowledge, and a solid understanding of maintenance best practices.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize equipment efficiency and longevity.

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Proven experience (7 years) in maintenance management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong technical knowledge of building systems, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and relevant equipment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Solid understanding of budget management and cost control in maintenance operations.
- Experience with maintenance management software and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Certifications in maintenance management or related fields (e.g., Certified Maintenance Manager (CMM), Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE), etc.) are a plus.
