Duties and Responsibilities: Supports HIGH EXPECTATIONS for student growth and learning. Plans for and delivers effective instruction that is fully aligned to Arkansas State Standards Demonstrates knowledge of the subject matter Accommodates individual differences and learning styles Uses technology and instructional resources effectively Demonstrates concern for students as individuals Aligns curriculum, instruction, and assessment practices Monitors and documents student achievement Utilizes student achievement data to guide instructional next steps Collaborates with colleagues as part of a professional learning community at work Maintains two-way communication with parents Participates in professional learning opportunities Provides for a positive classroom environment that demonstrates respect and rapport with students Complies with school policies, State Department of Education regulations, and supports the school district Adheres to standards for professional conduct Performs other duties as assigned Education, Experience, Competencies: Arkansas Teaching License/ ability to obtain teaching credentials Citizenship, residency, or work VISA in United States required Salary Per the district licensed salary schedule
