- Maintain kitchen and cooking area in a safe, orderly, clean and sanitary manner.
- Duties will include prepping meals by weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients, cooking meals, checking ingredients for freshness and dietary restrictions, and arranging and garnishing the dishes.
- Ability to prepare special diets accurately including pureed foods.
- Ability to make the presentation of the food appealing to the residents.

- 2 years' experience as a cook
- Experience in a skilled nursing facility a plus!
