Principal Responsibilities:

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Pickleball Instructor to join our team and help promote this exciting sport to players of all skill levels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading engaging lessons, providing tailored instruction, and fostering a positive and inclusive environment for all participants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual and group pickleball lessons for players of various ages and skill levels.
• Develop lesson plans that focus on fundamental skills, techniques, and strategies to enhance player performance and enjoyment of the game.
• Provide constructive feedback and encourage participants to improve their skills in a supportive manner.
• Organize and facilitate pickleball clinics, tournaments, and social events to promote community engagement and growth of the sport.
• Maintain a safe and clean playing environment, ensuring all equipment is in good condition and regularly maintained.
• Build rapport with students, parents, and fellow staff members to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
• Stay updated on the latest pickleball techniques and trends to provide current and relevant information to participants.
• Assist in the organization of pickleball programs and seasonal schedules.
• Promote additional programs or classes within the organization related to pickleball and general fitness.

Minimum Qualifications:

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a pickleball player or instructor; certification as a pickleball instructor is a plus.
• Strong understanding of the rules, strategies, and techniques of pickleball.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with participants of all ages.
• Ability to motivate and inspire players to reach their personal goals.
• First Aid and CPR certification (preferred).

Pay Rate: $20-50 per hour
