Riverfield Country Day School is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable / Purchasing Coordinator / Financial Assistant to join our nonprofit school’s business team. This person will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient financial operations of the school, focusing on purchases, accounts payable, credit card reconciliations, expense reimbursements, and bank deposits. The ideal candidate will have experience with Blackbaud and Quickbooks accounting software, moderate-level Excel experience, and strong organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Purchasing Coordinator
Verify purchase requests for compliance with school policies
Process invoices accurately and timely with proper general ledger coding
Reconcile credit card statements with receipts and invoices
Record and prepare all bank deposits
Assist in preparing financial reports as needed
Qualifications :
Prefer a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
