Responsibilities:
Warmly greet and assist patients in person and over the phone.
Schedule and manage patient appointments.
Facilitate efficient and accurate patient registration and check-in/out procedures.
Manage patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Collaborate with our team to improve patient services and office efficiency.
Handle billing procedures and insurance claims.
Help to verify patients insurance benefits.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a dental office or a healthcare setting preferred.
- Exceptional customer service skills and professionalism.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using office software including MS Office and dental management software.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive and friendly attitude.
