2025 Summer Internship Opportunities - Mechanical Engineering / Manufacturing Engineering
Position Overview :
Riverhawk Company is excited to offer two Internship Opportunities for Mechanical Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering students. This hands-on internships will provide valuable real-world experience for students entering their junior or senior year of college. You will work alongside our experienced engineering team on a variety of critical projects, gaining exposure to industry-leading practices and technologies.
Responsibilities :
As an intern, you will engage in a variety of meaningful tasks, including but not limited to :
- 6S initiatives : Contribute to improving workplace organization and safety.
- Job Safety Analysis (JSA) : Assist in assessing and improving safety protocols within our manufacturing processes.
- Shop Layout : Support efforts to optimize shop floor layout for efficiency and productivity.
- Research & Development Projects : Work on innovative engineering projects with the potential for new product development.
- Process Improvement : Collaborate on initiatives to streamline manufacturing processes and enhance product quality.
Qualifications :
We proudly partner with the Oneida County College Corp program for our summer internships. In order to qualify, applicants must reside in or attend college in Oneida County. In addition to the residency requirement, we are also looking for the following :
