Position Overview: As a Car Sales Representative at Riverhead CDJR, you’ll be a key player in driving sales and delivering outstanding service. We’re seeking motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about connecting customers with the right vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers and provide an exceptional buying experience.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles from our extensive inventory.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and facilitate test drives.
- Negotiate sales agreements and close deals effectively.
- Stay informed about inventory, promotions, and industry trends.
- Build lasting relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals.
- Meet and exceed sales targets to contribute to the dealership’s success.
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- A driven and competitive mindset with a passion for sales.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record is a REQUIREMENT
