Job Purpose:
Setup a full bar completely in a the time allotted and provide exceptional service and quality drinks to all guests of age.
Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel to various venues
Essential Functions:
· Loading/unloading vehicles, some heavy lifting required
- Inventorying all beverages before and after each event
- Responsible for making sure all bar items are accounted for
- Maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness
- Communicate effectively with guests, coworkers, and supervisors
- Attend shifts on time as scheduled and adhere to attendance policy
- Report to work in a neat and clean uniform. Well-groomed hair and personal hygiene are essential.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Check customers' identification to verify their age
- Adhere to all relevant food safety regulations and guidelines
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a bartender in a banquet or similar setting
- Knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages
- Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Outstanding customer service skills and ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Experience in catering or event bartending is a plus
