PART TIME - Youth Soccer Instructors/Officials
Looking for a PART TIME position (4-10 hours/week) working with kids and sports? We have the perfect opportunity for you! We are seeking a high potential individual to aid in the implementation of our youth sports leagues.
Job Summary:
i9 Sports, the nation's largest youth sports franchise is seeking Sports Instructors and Referees for Soccer.
Overall Job Description:
Under the direction of the Site Manager, the Soccer Instructor / Official is responsible for enhancing the i9 Sports experience for players and coaches. The Soccer Instructor / Official will need to build relationships with players, parents, and coaches while making sure that the instructional aspects of the i9 Sports Experience are delivered. Observing, assessing, and assisting our coaches is paramount. The position entails hands-on involvement with practices and games among all age groups and skills levels.
Absolute Requirements:
- Must be vocal, outgoing, and possess excellent communication skills
- Must be fun, playful, energetic, and enthusiastic with superior customer service skills
- Must enjoy working with kids (ages 3-13) and being involved with sports
- Must be able to work SATURDAYS during the entire season (6 weeks, Start time from 9am) and be available for an occasional weekday evening virtual meeting. Up to 5 Seasons / Year.
- Must possess sports specific experience and expertise in Soccer
- Must be a highly motivated self-starter with the ability to motivate others
- Must be confident and capable of working with parents and upholding the i9 Sports philosophy
- Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver license. Must pass a background check.
- Must be able to take charge of any situation that involves the safety of players
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
