Job Overview:

Rivermont Collegiate is seeking a passionate Elementary School Teacher to join our team for the 2025-2026 school year. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to fostering a positive and engaging learning environment for young students.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the requirements of the curriculum
• Utilize learning technology to enhance classroom instruction
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
• Provide support to students with special education needs
• Manage classroom activities and behavior to create a positive learning environment
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a comprehensive educational experience
• Conduct assessments and provide feedback to students on their progress
  
  

Skills:

• Proficient in lesson planning and curriculum development
• Strong written communication skills for creating educational materials
• Experience working with elementary school students in an educational setting
• Knowledge of classroom management techniques
• Familiarity with education administration practices
