What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Operations - Associate position at Riveron?
Riveron is seeking a Sales Operations Associate to support the growing needs of the Sales Operations & Executive leadership team, and to assist with the execution of the initiatives that directly align with Riveron’s growth targets. The Sales Operations Associate will be responsible for providing reporting and analysis to support the sales team’s operations including participating in sales productivity tracking, pipeline analysis, forecasting support, assisting in leading market and industry meetings, and training. This role reports to the lead of the Sales Operations Senior Associate and will frequently work across departments including accounting, operations, talent deployment,marketing, and the executive-level management team.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor's in computer science or relevant experience
- Agile – SCRUM certified
- Familiarity with budget to actual performance reporting (time and financial) and ability to drive business and economic outcomes and opportunities
- A working knowledge of IIoT and Industry 4.0 technologies and practices
- 3 to 5 years of experience developing PLC controlled SCADA systems, preferably in the manufacturing industry
- 3 to 5 years of experience developing PLC programs, HMI screens, and SCADA systems
- Ability to manage multiple client engagements at any one time
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
- Ability to work remotely and manage time/tasks independently
- Ability and desire to travel as required based on client requirements
What You'll Do:
- Have responsibilities within the following areas:
Pipeline Reporting, Analysis & Forecasting Support
- Provide analysis and insights related to pipeline health including adds, wins, pipeline conversion, etc.
- Support in data mapping and cleanup for Sales Operations and Finance teams in continued modifications and enhancements to PowerBI reporting
- Complete any ad hoc pipeline and sales analysis at the request of Sales, Operations, and Executive Leadership
- Support pipeline trends newsletters and other firmwide communications
CRM Strategy & Data Governance
- Work with members of the finance and IT team to ensure completeness of data from Salesforce that feeds into the Operational Management reports within PowerBI
- Support other members of the Sales Ops team through any acquisitions or integrations
- Work with finance, scheduling, and accounting to ensure data integrity
- Assist in providing content and talking points for recurring Market, Segment, and Industry Meetings
- Train employees as required on PowerBI, Salesforce, and other data centric reports/metrics
- Audit pipeline data in Salesforce to ensure accurate and up-to-date
Other Special Projects
- Leverage sales tools and research platforms to create bespoke analysis on markets and industries to support business planning efforts
- Support development of more robust sales training program(s)
- Adhoc projects are required
The expected pay range for this position is $65,000 - $97,000 (exclusive of bonus, equity, or benefits for which this role may be eligible). This range takes into account a variety of factors that are considered in making individual compensation decisions including but not limited to experience and training; skill sets; licensure and certifications; location and other business and organizational needs; and applicable laws.
