Who You Are :
- 10 years of experience in Salesforce consulting and implementation services.
- 5 years of experience in presales, solution architect, and team management capacity.
- Highly experienced in Project Management, with project completion success stories (6-10) scale, that include customers and partners, distributed agile delivery teams, and C-level engagement exposure during the lifecycle of the project delivery.
- Strong knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem with specific emphasis on Sales, Service, CPQ, Billing, Experience, Revenue, Marketing Clouds, and AppExchange applications and products, including their relevance and significance of integrations with other Clouds, systems and platforms such as Mulesoft, AWS, GCP, etc.
- Excellent customer relationship management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a consulting capacity.
- Experience in leading teams and managing remote resources.
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams including enterprise architecture, data architecture, UI / UX, and QA.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

120,000 - $210,000 a yearThe expected pay range for this position is $120,000 - $210,000 (exclusive of bonus, equity, or benefits for which this role may be eligible). This range takes into account a variety of factors that are considered in making individual compensation decisions including but not limited to experience and training; skill sets; licensure and certifications; location and other business and organizational needs; and applicable laws.
