Riverpoint Medical in Portland Oregon is looking to hire a Order Administrator. At Riverpoint you will be part of the process that brings great technology to Medical, Dental and Veterinary markets. We specialize in the design and manufacturing of premium medical devices. Our ingenuity can be found in our suture technologies, sports medicine fibers and anchors, surgical lighting, and special needle technologies. The Order Administration is a key position responsible for supporting our teams who sell cutting edge surgical products and services to current and prospective customers. As an advocate for our customers, you will focus on order management, ensuring orders are fulfilled in a timely manner; to set and proactively manage expectations. By maintaining positive business relationships, you will ensure future sales and growth. We are on a fast-growth trajectory and are looking for a strong performer to join our great team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support sales and operations through management of customer order tracking and entry
- Market research to identify and communicate market trends and analysis to make informed suggestions
- Report generation and analysis for lead times, pricing and industry specific data
- Oversee pricing maintenance and updating within CRM and ERP system
- Manage customer RMA’s while ensuring timely responsiveness
- New client creation and maintenance in the ERP system. Including but not limited to, collecting pertinent customer financial, contact, and shipping information.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, supply chain and sales to create new customer items and line extensions during the ECO process to ensure alignment with customer specific needs
- Ensure business departments are coordinated to tracking new and existing customer orders; evaluating existing inventory, tracking supplies down; entering complex orders
- Coordinate visitors, sending of samples and preparation for “train the trainer’
Education and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- 3 years sales and/or customer service experience with excellent negotiation skills
- A friendly and professional demeanor
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- 1 years working in a CRM or ERP system
- Medical equipment, manufacturing experience a plus
