Job Summary:
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) works closely with Licensed/Registered Nurses to directly impact patients' quality of life by assisting with their activities of daily living (ADLs). You will also ensure that our patients receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere that recognizes individual needs and rights.
Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Support patients with mobility and transfer assistance.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
- Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement patient care plans.
Requirements:
- Successful completion of a state-approved CNA program and current certification required.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English to ensure patient safety and well-being.
