As a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, River’s Bend operates independently with respect to daily operations, delivery of patient care, and the pursuit of its mission – to provide quality services in the most cost effective manner for the residents, and to provide a stimulating, empowering workplace for our team members. We are currently seeking a Maintenance Director to join our collaborative team.

Position Summary
Specific responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following
Picks up trash and recycling daily;
- Provides grounds maintenance including mowing, trimming, weeding, and snow removal;
- Makes repairs on commercial lawn equipment;
- Completes minor repairs such as changing light bulbs and fixing minor leaks;
- Performs preventative maintenance services, such as oil changes, lube jobs, replacement of air conditioning filters;
- Cleans Facility vehicles and lawn equipment;
- Assists other maintenance workers with projects, such as ceiling tile replacement and servicing large systems;
- Assists with moving equipment, as requested;
Be responsible for appropriate health and safety rules related to the work environment;
Have ability to manage stress tolerance, pressure and anxiety.
Performs additional functions or duties, as assigned
