- Assists the Recruiting team with any and all tasks, jobs, or assignments.
- Actively participates in the Employment process, including new hire paperwork, applicant sourcing, candidate prescreening, scheduling interviews, job fairs, and assisting with workforce partner outreach.
- Maintains positive Team Member and applicant relations at all times.
- Assists Team Members with general HR information and all questions.
- Actively participates in select HR processes including Team Member event planning, training & development administrative support, and other projects as requested.
- Performs other administrative duties inclusive of personnel records filing and front desk support.
- Learns daily Human Resources functions within the casino industry.
- Monitors and maintains cleanliness and organization of all assigned work areas.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Actively pursuing or just completed a degree in an HR related field of study.
- Excellent written and verbal skills in English.
- Strong computer skills/experience.
- Knowledge of Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent preferable.
- Well-developed organization skills with a solid orientation to detail.
- A self-starter with a strong desire to learn.
- Must enjoy working with all different types of people.
- Ability to communicate with Team Members and guests.
- Ability to successfully fulfill the pre-employment process.
- Ability to work flexible shifts and days of the week including holidays.
- Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing.
- Regularly required to see, walk, talk and hear; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms.
- Must occasionally lift up to 10 pounds.
- Able to work with others while maintaining a positive and courteous demeanor.
