- Scrapes food from dirty dishes.
- Places tableware in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine.
- Washes pots, pans, and other cooking utensils and equipment.
- Sweeps and mops kitchen floors.
- Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks.
- Segregates and removes trash and garbage and places it in designated containers.
- Steam cleans or hoses out garbage cans.
- Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
- Follows sanitation and safety guidelines.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least six months related experience or training preferred.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, weekends and holidays
- Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing.
- Regularly required to see; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms.
- Frequently required to stoop, and kneel.
- Must occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
- Able to interact with others while maintaining a positive and courteous demeanor.
