- Oversees operation of the EVS, Stewarding and Wardrobe including creating and implementing policies and procedures, directing the team, monitoring and measuring progress and leading initiatives that successfully support company strategy and goals.
- Ensures departments run efficiently, with a focus on cleanliness, hygiene, and garment care.
- Responsible for total maintenance and sanitation in all food production service areas.
- Ensure that equipment and cleaning chemicals are utilized according to prescribed methods.
- Manages/Controls/Orders all supplies and inventory for the departments.
- Hires, trains and manages staff in accordance with organizational and approved departmental policies and programs.
- Responsible for that all health, fire and safety regulations are being adhered to by all team members, including local Health Department rules and regulations.
- Ensure all operations comply with local, state, and federal regulations and industry standards regarding cleanliness, health, and safety
- Address and resolve any concerns or complaints related to cleanliness, service quality, or wardrobe management promptly.
- Develops budgets for areas of responsibility.
- Fosters and maintains positive team member relations in a supportive environment and interfaces with other departments to ensure a harmonious working relationship.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Ten years progressive leadership experience preferably gaming..
- Strong problem solving, mediation, coaching, and consulting skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Knowledgeable of applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
- Ability to communicate with Team members and guests.
- Ability to be a TEAM player.
- Ability to successfully fulfill the pre-employment process.
- Ability to work flexible shifts and days of the week including holidays.
- Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing.
