Responsibilities:
- Prepare drinks for guests and cocktail servers, maintaining a clean work area, and upholding the highest standards of customer service.
- Maintain a constant awareness of safety and accident prevention, promptly reporting any incidents to the supervisor.
- Provide timely service to gaming guests, ensuring a memorable experience.
- Stay updated on drink recipes and garnishes, delivering top-quality beverages.
- Process transactions and payments in an efficient manner.
- Utilize knowledge of garnishes, glassware, and ingredients for drinks.
- Foster effective communication between shifts for smooth operations.
- Perform bar back duties with diligence and attention to detail.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Prior bartending experience is mandatory, with a strong understanding of related procedures.
- Display excellent interpersonal communication skills, treating all guests with respect and professionalism.
- Exhibit the ability to work effectively under pressure, maintaining composure and efficiency.
- Demonstrate a cooperative, helpful, and friendly nature, ensuring a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
- Familiarity with the Cut-Off Procedure and adherence to related documentation protocols.
- Effective communication skills with team members and guests.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including holidays and weekends.
- Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing for the role.
Certifications:
- Must be able to obtain a Pennsylvania Gaming License at the Non-Gaming level. Rivers Casino will assist in the application process and pays the fee associated with this license.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of standing and working on the Casino floor
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
