Summary: Mixes and serves beverages for customers according to established guest service standards.

Essential Job Functions:
- Greets guests immediately.
- Takes drink and/or food orders from customers or beverage servers.
- Inspects guest identification to ensure guest meets legal age limit for alcohol possession/consumption
- Monitors guest alcohol consumption and acts according to established alcohol awareness program guidelines.
- Collects payment and follows cash handling procedures.
- Orders or requisitions liquors and supplies.
- Washes glasses.
- Maintains clean and sanitary bar area.
- Resolves guest complaints.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Three or more years of related experience preferred.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of beverage order processing systems.
- Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing.
Physical and Mental Demands:
- Regularly required to see, talk and hear; stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms.
- Frequently required to walk; stoop, kneel or crouch.
- Ability to count.
- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
- Able to interact with others while maintaining a positive and courteous demeanor under frequently fast paced work conditions.
- Ability to work in a noisy and smoky environment
