Rivers Casino Pittsburgh is seeking a highly skilled and customer-oriented Bi-Lingual Casino Host fluent in both Mandarin or Vietnamese and English. As a Bi-Lingual Casino Host, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clientele, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. Your ability to effectively communicate and assist guests in their preferred language will be crucial in creating an unforgettable entertainment experience.
Responsibilities :
- Provide comprehensive assistance to the Player’s Club, with full comp authority.
- Exercise sound judgment in decision-making, adhering to established comp and expense guidelines.
- Coordinate reservations for comps, special events, promotions, and other Casino Marketing requests.
- Manage and resolve customer requests and issues promptly on the casino floor.
- Maintain a presence across the casino floor, including High Limit Rooms, Player’s Club, Slot Floor, and Pits.
- Respond to all phone calls in a timely manner and complete telemarketing assignments efficiently.
- Anticipate and meet the needs of guests, including arrangements for Food & Beverage, special events, transportation, and accommodations.
- Uphold the highest levels of integrity and honesty, complying with all applicable rules, regulations, laws, and company policies.
- Identify opportunities for increased efficiency and improved products or services.
