Job Functions :
- Responsible for providing service to all casino customers in an efficient courteous and professional manner displaying a high standard of customer service.
- Must be willing to work all shifts.
- Picks up empty glasses and returns them to the proper area.
- Works in assigned area, taking drink orders, presenting drinks to customers, clearing tables and serving food.
- Maintains a clean station at all times and performs assigned side work duties such as stocking coffee, glasses, cream, sugar, beverage napkins, etc.
- Possesses complete knowledge of all procedures related to the job.
- Ensures that all guests are treated in a prompt, professional and courteous manner.
- Knows the menu items, specials, and prices.
- Completes all side work and other duties as assigned in a timely manner.
- Offers assistance to all guests regardless of where they are seated.
- Works to ensure a clean and sanitary work area at all times.
- Handles any guest's complaints or problems in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Keeps work area clean.
- Ensures thorough communication between shifts.
- Remains up to date on all Departmental Policies and Procedures.
- Complies with all departmental rules, side work assignments, and departmental procedures.
- Performs all other duties specified or assigned
