Responsibilities :
- Extend a warm and genuine welcome to guests, addressing their inquiries, providing information about various hotel amenities and local attractions, and ensuring their needs are met promptly.
- Conduct daily audits of the hotel's financial data, handle guest transactions, and collaborate with different departments as required.
- Proactively engage with guests throughout their stay, making them feel valued and appreciated.
- Manage room bookings and special requests, ensuring efficient allocation based on VIPs, repeat guests, and specific packages.
- Process credit card transactions and accurately post charges to guest accounts.
- Ensure accuracy in financial documents and prepare necessary reports.
- Assist with guest check-ins and check-outs, including the preparation of registration cards and guest folios.
- Handle guest complaints and emergencies calmly, finding effective solutions and ensuring a positive resolution.
