Job Description:

Join our team at The Rivers Casino Pittsburgh as a Table Games Technician, where you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our table games and related equipment. As a Table Games Technician, you'll play a crucial role in the maintenance, repair, and installation of gaming equipment, while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and maintaining the highest standards of safety and security for our guests and team members.

Responsibilities:

• Execute maintenance and repair tasks for table games, layouts, and associated gaming equipment.
• Participate actively in the installation, relocation, and removal of gaming equipment.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with various departments, state agencies, and vendors.
• Stay informed about services, promotions, and events at Rivers Casino and provide timely information to guests.
• Maintain accurate gaming logs to ensure adherence to both state and internal regulations.
• Uphold the safety and security standards for all guests and team members.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned by the management.

Qualifications:

• Thorough knowledge of Company and departmental policies, as well as state gaming laws, is essential.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• General knowledge of electronic equipment and the ability to troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning equipment is preferred.
• Present a clean, well-groomed appearance at all times.
• Proficient in both oral and written communication skills.
• Exemplary public appearance and a friendly demeanor are mandatory.
• Possess a cooperative and friendly nature.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests in English.
• Ability to effectively communicate with team members and guests.
• Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including holidays and weekends.

Certifications:

• Must be able to obtain a Pennsylvania Gaming License. Rivers Casino will assist in the application process and pays the fee associated with this license.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of standing
• Bending, stretching, twisting, reaching, push/pull up to 50 pounds frequently
