Duties and Responsibilities :
- Perform the act of mechanically dealing a game in a proficient manner, according to current company policies and procedures and applicable gaming regulations.
- Responsible for handling guest transactions and notifying Table Games Supervisor or Table Games Manager of any irregularities, disputes or arguments that may arise during the game among players / dealer.
- Exchanges currency for gaming chips and pay or collect bets according to house rules in an accurate manner.
- Supports and maintain Rivers CasinoDes Plaines guest service standards at all times while promoting outstanding guest relations.
- Provide the utmost in guest service.
- Perform the duties and responsibilities associated with the Illinois Gaming Board Statewide Voluntary Self-Exclusion Program as described in Section A of the Rivers CasinoDes Plaines ICS.
- Complies with all gaming policies / procedures as established by the division and / or Des Plaines ICS.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
