Job Title: Table Games Dual Rate Dealer/Floor Supervisor

Rivers Casino Pittsburgh is currently seeking a dynamic individual for the position of Table Games Dual Rate Dealer/Floor Supervisor. The ideal candidate should be able to effortlessly switch between the responsibilities of a Floor Supervisor and a Dealer, ensuring a seamless and exceptional gaming experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervisor Role:

• Oversee all activities within the assigned area, ensuring compliance with established guidelines.
• Administer complimentary privileges within prescribed limits based on the approved Comp Matrix.
• Conduct opening and closing procedures for table games, verifying counts as provided by the dealers.
• Conduct thorough inspections of card decks prior to gameplay.
• Monitor and record player buy-ins, wins, losses, and bet amounts.
• Supervise betting and payouts, rectifying discrepancies as necessary.
• Complete player rating cards accurately and efficiently.
• Address and resolve guest complaints or concerns in adherence to standard procedures.
• Ensure the security of all games, finances, and personnel.
• Respond calmly and make rational decisions when handling guest demands.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the management.

Dealer Role:

• Efficiently deal various table games in accordance with company policies and applicable gaming regulations.
• Handle guest transactions and promptly notify the Floor Supervisor of any disputes or irregularities during gameplay.
• Conduct currency exchanges for gaming chips and accurately pay or collect bets following house rules.
• Uphold Rivers Casino's exceptional guest service standards at all times, ensuring a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
• Fulfill any additional duties as assigned by the management.
• Ensure compliance with all internal and external regulatory controls, including state and federal laws and Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations.

Qualifications:

• Must have two years of experience dealing Table Games.
• Willingness to perform both the Floor Supervisor and Dealer roles multiple times during the assigned shift as required by business needs.
• Flexibility to work shifts as needed.
• Working knowledge of at least two major games (craps, roulette, or blackjack) upon starting the position.
• Comprehensive understanding of all games within nine months of starting the position.
• Strong training program participation, including comprehensive classroom and live training sessions.

Certifications:

• Must be able to obtain a Pennsylvania Gaming License at the G2 level. Rivers Casino will assist in the application process and pays the fee associated with this license.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of standing and walking on the Casino floor
