Wardrobe Attendant

Responsibilities :

• Provide prompt, professional, and courteous service to all internal guests.
• Use creativity to enhance the Wardrobe department's ambiance and service quality.
• Demonstrate a sense of care and individuality in addressing guest needs.
• Notify supervisors of any guest needs requiring special attention or accommodations.
• Acknowledge and show special recognition to frequent guests.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment at all times.
• Welcome guests warmly, express appreciation for their patronage, and encourage their return.
• Maintain a well-groomed appearance consistently.
• Stay informed about facility services, promotions, and events to provide guests with relevant information.
• Ensure all uniforms meet company standards.
• Manage uniform exchanges and inspect garment bags.
• Receive uniforms from departing team members and issue receipts accordingly.
• Support office functions like filing and inventory management.
• Handle dry cleaning check-ins and distribution.
• Foster cooperation and effective communication among team members.
• Project a positive and helpful attitude consistently.
• Accept constructive criticism and direction from supervisors.
• Contribute to the organization's success by focusing on accomplishments and helping colleagues improve performance.
• Assist new team members in acclimating to their work environment voluntarily.
• Demonstrate punctuality and flexibility in scheduling, including overtime or changes in working hours.
